Hi, there I have a problem with my iLok. It suddenly stopped to work while I was using my Pro Tools application. Now when I plug in my iLok in the USB port of my PC, Windows says that driver for the plugged device is not recognized. The iLok device lights up when I plug it in, but Windows seems that not recognize it. I reinstalled drivers distributed from iLok.com for my PC configuration several times. I have run the troubleshooter of iLok.com, but none of these have given any results. Windows still don't recognize iLok device. The big problem is that my Pro Tools license is still in the iLok and I cannot use it. I know that I can send my iLok to the support center and there they will send me back a new one, but I live in Bulgaria and the support center seems to be in USA, which is quite far from here. Are there another solutions for my problem? Please help me, I have an upcomming recording and I need my Pro Tools working. Best Regards!
