Need Help Please - ILOK License MGR

Trying to download the new ILOK License manager but when I do my page looks nothing like the page is supposed to. It looks like the old page. Have not been on there in a while and just downloaded the the slate VMY bundle. The revival works but for the life of me I can't get the bundle to unlock . I am told to drag and drop but my page does not allow me to do this. I am using MAC 10.8.5 with PT 8.0.5. I am at a loss. The ILOK manager downloads but nothing is different. What gives?
