Pro Tools Registration Help

Hi Avid Community,



I have a huge problem and I don't know how to fix it.



I purchased the Mbox 2 bundle w/ Pro Tools Express.



I registered the product on Avid but neglected to see the little green sticker which was not actually attached to the yellow paper!!



So I ended up registering the Mbox but not the software. I have tried to re register everything but everytime I do it says that the product has already been registered. Now the strange part!! My account now has no listings under the products section. The Mbox has completely disappeared.



All I want is to register these products so I can upgrade to better version.



Please help! I have deadlines to meet and I have been nutting this out for days!
