PT 11 trial issues

I have a 2010 iMac with with 10.8.5 operating system. I have been running pt 10.3.5 successfully for quite a while. I wanted to try pt 11 with the trial version to see if will run on my machine. I bought an ilok 2 and transferred all my licences to it. I then downloaded pt 11 trial but it will not install. When i click on the file in my download folder I get this message.

"Pro tools 11.2.2 Mac not recognized".

Any suggestions?
