Hi. I had 5 ASC codes which expired but I can't even start up PT because of this stupid error. Brand new 12c mac pro.
I would like to request that my ASC codes be renewed because my issue wasn't resoled and in the meantime I was saving up to upgrade my hardware.
This is completely unfair to have codes expire and charge exorbitant fees to look into problems that are caused by your software to being with- especially considering I am one of hundreds of similar incidents.
