Softball Color Question

I've tried everything I can get my hands on...and, I just can't figure out how to change the ENTIRE track and fader's color (not just the little tabs at the bottom and top of the mixing window). Obviously, there's a very basic command I'm missing, but my search has only led me to changing the tabs' colors. What's the move, PT 11 gurus?
