"Unable to locate hardware" error

Hi guys,



I really need your help.



So yesterday i installed Pro Tools 10 and Pro Tools 11 (Academic version), and when i was trying to test them these to errors pop up:



1st - "Initialization Error Code: -7"



2nd - "Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on . Click "OK" when hardware is ready."



I don't have any external hardware, just my Laptop internal hardware, and these errors pop up, i don't understand why.



I already tried to open the playback engine before thhe errors appear but it's impossible. I don't know what else to do.
