Can't Select Certain Inputs/Outputs 11HD Omni.

Since updating my Omni firmware that came with Protools update 11.2.2 I have run into a strange issue where I am unable to select the first input of my Omni I/O on an audio track. I can select and change between all 7 other inputs with no problems, but when I select the first Input the selection is ignored. The only way to select the first input it to first select 'No Input' then I am able to select the first input. This issue is also mirrored the first output as well.

I have tried deleting all preferences and reinstalled Protools as well. This issue is not resolved by selecting a different I/O source in the Hardware Setup either.

Any help would really be appreciated.
