Digi 002 expansion question

Hi



Been asked to do a location recording job which will mean integrating

some of my gear with the clients.I have a solution that I think will work

but would appreciate a second opinion.



We will be recording onto a PT8 LE Mac based system with a digi 002 as

the interface.Only 4 mic inputs and 4 line.



Need more inputs so I'm thinking an old, but working ,adat xt via the 002

ADAT light pipe as a second interface and a TLA M3 tube tracker as the mic pres, giving me 8 extra inputs. I know this will work with my HD system but I haven't used an LE version before so I guess that's the unknown for me.



I could also use one of my 3 , 96 I0s and my Digi pre8 but initial searches suggest the 9610 will not integrate with the 002,which is a shame as I need

to travel as light as possible



Basically need 12 mic inputs.
