error trying to load personality 003

I have searched the forum extensively fro the solution to this problem. There are many many threads about it. But rarely do those threads contain solutions and the few solutions i found did not work. Please help.



I use Pro tools LE8.0.5 on a windows 7 system.



I have been using le8.0.5 with an 002 for years. Just recently got an 003 control surface. Whne loading pro tools it says "error loading personality 003".



I have trid the sweetwater.com solution which is to delete 003.bundle file and reinstall pro tools. but There is no 003 bundle on my computer to delete.



I have fully uninstalled pro tools and reinstalled all the way back up to version 8.0.5.



Any help would be apreciated.
