PT 11.3.0 to 11.3.1 upgrade question.

The notes from Avid say this is a full install, not an upgrade package. And that you should run the AIR install afterwords...



Will this install over 11.3.0? Or do I have to uninstall 11.3.0, (clean uninstall?) and then install 11.3.1, then the AIR products?



Not sure it is work the hassle right now.
