Transport keyboard shortcuts

So in logic I have freqently used the < > keys to move the cursor (playback head) around quickly to do mutiple takes over a short section, or re listen to things when mixing.



In PT it looks like the equivalent transport rewind and ff buttons are located on the numeric keypad. Unfortunately I'm using a keyboard without the keypad (the Apple shorter Bluetooth one). Is there another keyboard shortcut for moving the transport cursor around quickly? I didn't see it in the documentation but I certainly could've missed it easily, there is a lot to sort through.
