Upgrade from 11.1.2 to 11.3.1

The notes from Avid say this 11.3.1 a full install, not an upgrade package. And that you should run the AIR install afterwords...



Will this install over 11.1.2? Or do I have to first uninstall 11.1.2, (clean uninstall?) and then install 11.3.1, then the AIR products?
