Using .nki docs in Structure Free

I've been trying to use my .nki docs in Structure Free because my version of Kontact stopped working since I updated to ProTools 11. It seems to be able to read the .nki docs, but for a lot of my sample banks, it can't seem to locate all the audio files. A file navigator dialog opens up, and I go to the folder where all my samples are, but it still doesn't seem to recognize them, even though they all have the exact same filenames and everything. If I click on "spotlight" it says, "The file could not be found," and if I click on "choose" the dialog box closes and then immediately opens back up again.
