Avid Online Support Not Working

Hi All,



I find it impossible to get in touch with the Avid support team.



The page where you are supposed to use your support code just gives me errors and there is nowhere else to contact these people.



Anyone else experiencing the same issues?



Any tips on how to get through to them?
