This is my first dip into Pro Tools,i use Logic Pro X mostly.
I bought the crossgrade from PT express software,download only,which gives me PT 11 (actually turns out to be PT 12 also i think)
Created Avid account,ILock etc and have downloaded all my licences.
What i don't get is that they are all separate downloads,PT itself works but i can't access the virtual instruments bundle,Avid virtual instruments etc.I can see them as downloads in my finder but how do you configure them with PT? It all seems to be a bit random as to what i should be downloading,i thought just downloading PT would give me access to everything?
