Did not get the Pro Tools that I paid for

Well I finally was able to get my Pro Tools upgrade activated. I had to download and use Google Chrome instead of my Internet Explorer. The problem is that I purchased a PT 10 To PT 11 upgrade on purpose so that I could have both the PT 10 32bit and the PT 11 64bit on the same PC so I could still use some of my older 32bit plugins that I needed but most of all I needed Pro Tools 11 because it still supports my second generation Mbox 2 Pro and PT 12 does not. The Product that was put into my Account is Pro Tools 12 with the subscription. Why is Avid forcing PT 12 on to us when we purchased something else?
