In December of last year I bought the Fast Track Duo which came with Pro Tools 10.3.4. I had a lot of trouble getting it working so I thought I'd wait until I got a new computer to try again.
So now I'm trying to install it on my Mac but apparently Pro Tools 10.3.4 doesn't support OS X 10.10... but the new version of Pro Tools does.
So I clicked "Support Customers - if you do not see your system listed below click here to claim your upgrade" and now it's asking for my System ID and I have no idea what that is?
Any ideas on how I can get this working?
