Mackie Control pro problem

I've purchased a Mackie Control Universal Pro with V3.00 firmware, it works perfectly with reason but not with pro tools. I've set it to HUI mode, tried it on my PC (Win7prof) and laptop (Vista) and on PT8LE, PT10 and PT11 and followed guides online and I'm completly stumped as to why it isn't talking with Pro Tools.



Does anyone have this control surface? Any help would be much appreciated!
