Master Faders not getting ADC when Offline bouncing

I realize there may still be nagging ADC issues with VIs, but this thread is NOT discussing those problems.

My ADC issue is with Master Fader processing not being compensated for when doing offline bounces. I have a master fader assigned to each of my record busses (primary and stems). After I do an offline bounce and spot back my audio the clips are off by the exact amount of reported delay on the master faders. For clarification, here's my signal path:

Source audio track is routed to a "sub-master" bus. There are AUX channels with the Sub-master bus for an input and a "Record Master" bus for an output. There are Master Faders for each record bus. If you compare a real time record pass (to an audio track) with an Off-line bounce (spotted) they are off by the exact amount of reported delay on the Master Fader.
