New to PT, installed 12... so slow, it is unusable...

Just got my activation today. Loaded PT 12 for the first time. Total newbee... when you open the product, it takes like 30 - 60 seconds for the program to respond, it responds, you click again, and another 30 - 60 seconds... I called support 10 minutes before 5PM PDT and the guy asked me for all my details, then said... "we will go through some system optimizations... then hung up. I called back and of course they are gone for the night.



Should I just load the previous version? Uninstall this and load (11?)?
