Pro Tools 11 Upgrade disappeared

I recently purchased an activation card for Pro Tools 11 HD Upgrade and Support Plan 2015. Activated, Downloaded and installed. Fine. Needed to install to another Mac. Logged in, went to My Products link. Found just 9 and 10 downloads. 11 disappeared. Licence is on my iLk fortunately, but no way to install somewhere else. Any suggestion? Am I doing anything wrong? I've always did download the same way and it worked.
