Pro Tools 11.3.1 - No Plugins

Hello,



Thanks in advance for any help.



I am running PT 11.3.1, I also made the mistake of updating to Yosemite.



I had to do a ton of messing around to try to get my native instruments stuff back working.



Where are all the plugins, they are all on my system (AIR , NI stuff) but they don't show up in PT's.



I have a second machine that works fine, so I can take Preference files, etc across from machine to machine... but haven't found a fix yet? Anyone else? Any ideas?
