pro tools 12 starting error ??

Hi, i have install pro tools 12 on window 8.1



here is the error message :



pro tools 12 could not be loaded. please contact the software publisher

for support using this software.

just want to said : the / is in other way but i don't know how to do it ..



i am french speaking and my computer is in french so

''Accès Refusé'' mean Refused









i have try to Actualize my window 8.1 computer and it don't work.



i have try to desactivate Avast because

i have think it could be the problem but no.
