Ok, like a complete fool, I went ahead and paid (today) for my HD annual support agreement. I've got some down time and I figured i'd go ahead and bite the bullet, pay for the agreement, download PT 12 HD and play around with it. Well to my surprise, I PAID for the agreement only to NOT have access to the new release!!!! I'm beyond ticked off!!! I've been a HD user since version 7 and I've stayed up-to-date ever since. AVID took my money and gave me nothing for it as far as I'm concerned. Why should I have to open a support ticket for this? I have a good mind to call my credit card company and challenge the purchase..... Yeah, I'm ticked.:mad:
