I got a used Mac Pro (running 10.6.8) which had PT 9 HD on it. I'm having trouble getting the 002 Rack interface to work, and I'm considering getting a new interface. Many questions:
1. Is the 002 compatible with PT 9 (either HD or consumer)? I get conflicting info.
2. If I decide to not pay the huge price for an HD interface, and go ahead and get PT 11 new, will the plugins I have also work?
3. If I go into another studio running PT 9, will it be able to use PT 11 sessions?
4. Is it certain that if I get PT 11, I'll need a new interface for that?
