Purchased Pro Tools Upgrade with annual support but got no DL on my AVID account

Hi All,

i've ordered Pro Tools Upgrade in feb 2015 which has included upgrade to PT 12.

I've got no DL links on my Avid account.

Under my products i've got only PT 9 (old version that i've used to buy the upgrade).
