Scrubbing(midi controller) locks up mouse and keyboard

SO im using midi studio on my ipad as my midi controller, when i attempt to scrub, it works, but LOCKS my moiuue and keybaord in the process. The faders stil lwork thoguth the controller, as does scrubbing, but not the transport and my keyboard and mouse no longer work inside pro tools.



Does anyone know how to fix this issue? As soon as i click the scrub it locks those things out
