I've tried contacting Avid support for info on upgrading and everytime all I get is a generic reply to phone their 1-888-456-3444 and the email support Case is Closed. :mad: TWICE.
Anyone in the know care to let me know how much Avid wants to upgrade from PT 11 to PT 12?
I purchased PT 11 and installed it on Dec 4th 2014 Support ends tomorrow March 31 2015.
