How can a vocal sound "sped up", yet still be totally in sync and at the correct pitch. Think like the sound of helium......
This is just a HD rig. No external clock of any kind possible. No digital input of any kind. So it's not a misclocked 44.1/48k session. It was a vocal overdub to existing live band tracks.
24 bit, 48k, PT 10, 192 I/Os.......The vocal sounded normal going down. But playback later has the vocal sounding like a munchkin from Oz. Same singer on a different session another day is fine.
