Will a 4,1 firmware upgraded to 5,1 mac pro run pro tools hd 10

hey everyone, im looking at buying a 4,1 upgraded to a 5.1 mac pro. (It was an 8 core and now its a 3.46 12 core. do you think ill have any problems putting my hd 2 system in it? thanks much
