Activation of Pro Tools - is way too complex

The way it was:
Open the package
Put in the DVD
Click Install
Reboot
Plug-in ilok
Launch Pro Tools
Total Time 5 minutes

TODAY
- Open Ilok account
- Open Email to Verify ilok account
- Open Avid Account
- Enter Code(s)
- Open email to Verify Avid Account
- Verify home Address & phone number
- Another window pops up to confirm address you address must be perfect no spelling mistakes with 9 Digit zip code - If anything is wrong Activation Fails
- Add Ilok account with ilok User ID - If you don't do this Activation Fails
- Add Ilok Account Password - If you don't do this Activation Fails
- Click on Reseller
- Fill out a survey
- Go to ilok account download ILM application
- Activate license to ilok
- Log on to Avid Account (oops I forgot my password)
- Do a pasword reset log back into Avid Account
- Download Pro tools ( this took forever )
- Install Pro Tools and reboot

Total Time 2 - Hours!

This is so wrong on so many levels - I am pretty good with computers someone starting out is going to have problems with this.
