Avid HD driver problem on Yosemite

I've recently bought my PT HD Native+HD Omni.
I registered and downloaded PTHD 11.3.1 and its driver, the troubles begin now.
I can use PTHD (yea \o/) , but it's impossible to use the HD Native+Omni (with PT or any app). I tried with HD Driver 11.3.1 and 12. Same thing.
I tried start while pressing the "N" key.

I searched here, find nothing (or i searched in wrong way, it's possible).

MBP retina (2014)
processor i7
OS 10.10.2 (Yosemite)
16 GO RAM

people says i've to downgrade to maverick... :(
