Before I spent 5k,, need answers

Hello all, i am looking to buying the S3 to use with PT 12. I have some questions about it.



1) I work on 96kHz/24bit and 48kHz/24bit, will the S3 be able to handle that or do i need another sound card?



2) Is the S3 , 0 Latency?



3) does it play nice in windows 7?



4) i never used ethernet conectivity for audio, is that nicer than firewire ?
