Do I nedd Intel® Core i5 processor for PT12

Hi

I have an iMac bought 2010, processor: dual Core 2,66 - Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 6, E8335

Is it possible to run PT12 since it is not i5. Besides, how big in GB is download via subscription option. I heard that included AIR plugin instruments have tens of GB's of data.
