DYN voices problem

I got a little in the work with editing and there is a error wich you could see below. This occures when im trying to make a new track. Same time other dyn track wich is the last one in the session goes off. So one another one and so on. This is very fustrating. Also if i choose all tracks to be off and try to put them all dyn again the message appears again. It like limiting my work. I have 256 Voices available and i dont believe that is the issue. I somehow managed to apply this dyn feature to my session.
dyn is for processing different tracks in one voice ?. Atm i dont need it. I hope someone will know.
