finder windows wont open in pro tools

hey guys,
anyone got this problem on yosemite?

If I want to import session data there should open a finder window, also if I want to import audio data after selecting a mp3 to convert there should open a finder window to select the destination.

the "import session" window opens exactly once, after that I have to restart pro tools or even reboot, the "save converted audio to" window never opens.

known issue?
