I purchase a LE to PRo tools 12 upgrade
I noticed today my System ID is gone from my Avid Account
It probably a good thing I wrote it down
it now says "ON HOLD" and the account is asking me for my 002 serial number - when I put it in it does not accept the serial number.
I have no idea what's going on…. :confused:
I am not worried about my Pro Tools 12 is fine and never need to call support but If I do do am i screwed?
