HELP!! Unable to locate pro tools 10 hardware.

So I've been using pro tools 10 on Windows 7 since I got it from my college (Art Institute of Atlanta) and I had my computer returned to factory default in which I lost pro tools and took weeks to find out how to re-download it because of some issues on the avid site but Now I was able to download it again. So I finish downloading the programs and updated to the version 10.3.9 but once I open pro tools and start to think it's loading, it stops and says "Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click 'OK' when the hardware is ready." So I clicked the ok button but it won't work so I have to click cancel and it closes the program. The iLok is activated, connected to my computers' usb port, and everything. Help!!! I need help. :(
