melodyne plugin in pro tools 12

Apparently there is no melodyne plugin installed with pro tools 12. It is not in audiosuite, not in the 'other' row of the plugin popup box. And it is not found in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins subdirectory.

Does it mean that I have to install from somewhere else?
