My license is 10hd/11hd/12hd non subscription how to get on new plans??

So my ilok license for pthd says non subscription. how do I even get on a new plan? Do I need to pay for another 12hd license to get the future upgrades? I'm only using 10hd right now as I usually work on older versions and only update sporadically if I have down time. I have been on 8hd till a month ago. Skipped 9hd. Went to 10hd for the disk cache.
