No presets for PT Virtual Instruments/Effects

Hello,



I am new to Pro Tools so please excuse the newbie question. I have no access to presets in any of the VI's and effects included within Pro Tools 12. I believe this is a permissions issue? Can someone please tell me how to resolve my query?
