off-line bounce to disk leaves out delays

PT11 HDX Am finishing mixes and did a quick off-line bounce to mp3 to e-mail to a friend. The delays I'd set up (no outboard stuff) were all missing in the bounce. When I btd in real time they were present and correct. I don't use off-line bounce for music production but do utilise it a lot when rendering copious numbers of stems for broadcast film mixes , but in those mixes I don't often use multiple delay effects. Anybody else have FX go mia in off-line bounce?
