Plug in compatibility and Stability

It was a nightmare going from PT 9 to 11 as far as updating my plugins and getting PT11 to work right. I'm on 11.3.1 and it still crashes after a few hours of use, and then constantly unless I delete the preferences and reboot and and all that.... So,



How is the PT12 plugin compatibility? Is everything going to work right or am I going to spend several days working out a usable system again???



Also, what is the consensus on which PT version is more stable? The most current PT11 or 12?
