Pro Tools 11 - new install, Rack 003, missing input options

I upgraded me mac to a new 15'' macbook pro, reinstalled pro-tools 11 and connected my Rack 003 up to the mac the same as normal.



I have installed the 003 drivers for mac os X 10.10 and can see in the mac control pannel the 003 showing as "connected" in te Avid 003 Family icon.



I change the play back engine to Rack 003 and play back pre-recorded audio and it works fine, it goes through the rack 003 and out of the monitors plugged into the rac 003.



If I try to create a new track though, the input option has the normal menu

Normally under interface I get a list of the inputs from the rack 003 - however I only have "Front Left (mono)" displayed under the input menu.



Why are the rac 003 inputs missing, what have I missed in this new setup ?
