I'm a student at Full Sail University and received a student version of Pro Tools 11 which I was able to download to my MacBook Pro from the Avid site. I recently opened PT 11 and received a Digidesign Update notification for 11.3.1 but there was no link or tab available to update the program. I then went to My Products and Subscriptions on my Avid account and only Pro Tools Express is showing along with my Sibelius, no PT 11. I don't have any other Avid account that it might be registered under. I found my original identit-e verification, got my download code, and attempted to re-enter it in the registration page, but it says the code has already been used. So, I have the code, it has been used, but it does not appear in my Avid account as a product I have registered, and I only have the one Avid account. Needless to say, I am a bit perplexed as to what else I can do.
Any advice on this problem?
