I'm looking to deploy Interplay on our Pro Tools systems, but I'm having a bit of trouble getting things completely going.
Two issues... 2nd issue only happens now and I can't get past it.
I was originally able to get a sequence to round trip back to Media Composer 8.2.2. The issue was that media would show up offline in both MC and Interplay Access. Everything would appear fine from an export perspective in Pro Tools. Testing was done with admin access in all applications. It looks like the appended tracks aren't being written on ISIS.
The 2nd issue only happens now. I can't even get a semi-roundtrip. The 2nd issue is that now when trying to export selected tracks back to Interplay I get an permission access type error in Pro Tools basically saying I don't have access to write or check in media. I'm doing this with admin access as well. This user has read/write access to both ISIS and Interplay.
Any idea on how to get Pro Tools and Interplay to play nice?
