Pro Tools 12 download issue

I purchased PT12 today, perpetual license. I received a confirmation and order number from Avid, but there's nothing on my Products Not Yet Downloaded page. It shows up in my products section but when I click Select Upgrade Options I get a message saying "Bad Request." Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
