How do I get Pro Tools to see the intensity pro card??? I upgraded from 10HD and it worked perfectly on Lion 10.7.3 with PT 10.3.8. I don't think I had to do anything special. The option to send video out PCIe was there and I could right click a picture file to also send out the BM card.
I have none of this in PT 12HD. So what am I missing? Should this be working? Not sure how to use my Avid support as I have no system ID yet and no indication of how to access my year of support that "started" last month.
Is anyone having luck with PT12HD in yosemite using a BM intensity pro card for video playback?
