protools 8 m powered crashing my profire 610 drivers/ help

I need help I have a profire 610 had to reset my toshiba laptop had a heck of a time getting profire 610 drivers to function mission accomplished... BUT everytime I try to install my protools 8 m-powered it crashes my profire drivers and I have to go thru the whole nightmare of trying to get my profire drivers to take again
